Next the insurance requested a mitigation hearing with a third party to settle out of court. We met with the mitigating attorneys and Mr. Hayne's successfully defended and we were awarded a very satisfactory settlement. We were also able to finish our claim rapidly giving us sufficient time to settle our mortgage requirements.
