Meghan DeTemple Johnson

Meghan DeTemple Johnson has joined the Firm as an attorney in the Tampa office where she will lead our Construction Defect Litigation Group. Mrs. DeTemple Johnson is a Florida attorney who focuses her practice on construction defect litigation and first-party property insurance claims. She represents homeowners, condominium associations, and condominium owners in complex disputes involving defective construction and property damage when builders, contractors and insurance carriers fail to properly evaluate and pay claims.

Mrs. DeTemple Johnson is dedicated to advocating for clients who have invested significant time, effort, and resources into purchasing their homes and buildings, only to face unexpected defects or damage. She understands that these issues extend beyond financial loss and impact a family’s sense of security and stability. When builders, contractors, or insurers fail to take responsibility, she works tirelessly to hold them accountable.
