Kelly Fantetti

Kelly Fantetti is an attorney in the Tampa office of Stockham Law Group, P.A. She received her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011, where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Law Review. Prior to law school, Mrs. Fantetti graduated summa cum laude from Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan, with a major in Professional and Technical Writing and a Minor in Political Science.

Mrs. Fantetti focuses her practice on representing homeowners, business owners, and condominium associations who have experienced losses to their properties that were denied or underpaid by their insurance carriers. She handles all types of property insurance claims, including damages caused by wind, water, sinkhole, fire, flood, and construction defects. Mrs. Fantetti also has experience handling personal injury and wrongful death claims, including slip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, and more.
