Jacob Delorme

Jacob Delorme is an attorney in the Tampa office of Stockham Law Group, P.A. Mr. Delorme focuses his practice on providing general counsel and litigation services for community associations throughout Florida. He represents homeowners’ associations, condominium associations, and other community associations in a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, enforcement actions, collections, and litigation.

Mr. Delorme brings a distinct advantage through his extensive experience as a defense attorney and former prosecutor. Before joining Stockham Law Group, he practiced at Wood, Smith, Henning and Berman LLP and Cole, Scott & Kissane, where he represented corporate clients, property owners, and insurers in cases involving premises liability, trucking and transportation, and general liability claims. Earlier in his career, he served as an Assistant State Attorney for Florida’s 13th Judicial Circuit, where he managed hundreds of cases, negotiated resolutions, and litigated over 20 jury and non-jury trials. This diverse background provides him with valuable courtroom experience and strategic insight that benefits the firm’s association clients.

Mr. Delorme received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2021. While at Stetson, he served as President of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society and Parliamentarian of the Black Law School Student Association. He also worked as a Research Assistant in real property law and was awarded the Dean Richard Dillion Excellence in Real Property Award. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, with a minor in Business Administration, from the University of Central Florida.

Mr. Delorme is also committed to community engagement. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Fred G. Minnis Bar Association and previously volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for children in dependency proceedings. He is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Florida.
