Gina Nicolle Gonzalez

Gina Gonzalez joined OLDER LUNDY KOCH & MARTINO in continuation of her career as a civil litigator. Born and raised outside Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, she stayed true to her home state and attended the University of Florida for both her undergraduate and legal education—ultimately earning her the title “Double Gator.” While attending law school, Ms. Gonzalez was an Executive Board Member of the Florida Moot Court Team, and received awards for both her oral advocacy and legal brief writing talents. In her final year of attendance, Ms. Gonzalez clerked for a well-respected civil law firm in the Gainesville area, solidifying her interest in the civil practice.

Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Gonzalez initiated her civil litigation career as an attorney at one of the largest Plaintiff’s firms in the country. She quickly learned to manage numerous litigation files from initiation through trial, all while maintaining the utmost respect and professionalism throughout an adversarial process. She has successfully tried civil jury trials in multiple circuits, and implements her business background for the commercial practice.

Though Ms. Gonzalez is now a committed Tampa Bay resident, her heart remains in south Florida with her family, and is a loyal fan to the Miami Dolphins. In her free time, she prioritizes her health and wellness through running, yoga, fitness classes, and the occasional cold plunge.
