Beatriz Sanchez McConnell

Beatriz “Bea” McConnell is a strategic business litigator who has been practicing in the Tampa Bay area since 2007. With an established track record of successful jury and non-jury trials, in state and federal court, Bea is dedicated to advocating for her clients in an array of commercial matters including business torts, contractual disputes, non-compete enforcement matters, and misappropriation of trade secrets claims. Bea’s broad experience enables her to effectively counsel clients in a range of commercial disputes.

In focusing her practice on business litigation, Bea has served as lead counsel in various complex multi-party lawsuits in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration.
