Anthony J. Garcia

Anthony studied law at both the South Texas College of Law and Stetson University before graduating in 1996. A native of Tampa, this Jesuit High School graduate later earned a degree in communications from the University of Florida. Following school, Anthony began his career at the Office of the State Attorney for Hillsborough County, Florida then entered private practice representing insurance companies. He built on this knowledge and experience by zelously representing the injured. For over 18 years, Anthony has served his clientele in areas of corporate transaction, consumer protection and personal injury.

In recent years, Anthony has taken a great interest in assisting those affected by the BP Oil spill of 2010. He has developed a sound and proven infrastructure for analyzing and filing proper claims. Current statistics include over $5 million successfully recovered to date and $25 million pending in ongoing claims. Client satisfaction and ethical representation are keys to his success and record.

Mr. Garcia was chosen to participate in Tampa’s Mayor’s Neighborhood University inaugural class where he discovered the hard work, diligence and inner workings of our local government. Such honors and learning experiences have proven beneficial to clients, local and afar. As an active member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Jesuit Bar Association, philanthropist and President of his neighborhood association, Anthony gives back to the needs of less fortunate. Most importantly, Anthony’s proudest moments are spent with his wife Shay and their two children, Lucca and Johanna.
