Small claims court is made for this. The forms are at the court house. read your contract carefully and see if they really are in breach.

have you tried contacting the blood bank where she worked? Many life insurance policies are obtained through employment.

You will need to speak with the apartment complex. I doubt that they towed you because your tag was expired
