AMAZING AT WHAT HE DOES!!!!!

My case went on for 6 1/2yrs due to cannot find the other person who caused the accident. However, during that time Mr. Wagner and his wonderful secretary and office teamed up to provide me EXCELLENT service. Keeping me updated via email, mail, and phone. When everything was said and done he fault fo...r me to get the max amount of a claim due to the long wait, injuries, and loss wages I had over the injuries due to this accident. This man got me the max they could offer. I would definitely use him again and will definitely tell anyone about him. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

World Class, Superb… at Minimum

It is very difficult to write a complete review of Mr. Alan Wagner because no words exist to adequately describe his unmatched skill and compassion. However, I will attempt to do my best here… After being devastatingly injured from others’ negligence and faced with an extremely disadvantaged legal... dilemma as a result, I came across Mr. Wagner’s website and made an office appointment with him. When we met, I was instantly struck by his polished legal acumen and his deep sincerity, but those were only simple indicators of his extraordinary expertise and dedication to seeking justice for his clients as well as to the integrity of the legal profession overall. Over the months that followed and as my attorney, he was outstanding in every way but of considerable noteworthiness was his near immediate responses in clearly addressing convoluted or unexpected changes in my case as it progressed through the legal process, or just to ease my personal anxiety in general, even while he was on vacation in another country. In handling my case, his diligence and empathy intensified during the most pessimistic and uncertain times, and he ultimately prevailed in ensuring the best possible results for me. Getting seriously injured by another is traumatic in itself and the daunting legal process is often unjust. Together, without a trusted advocate, the two can leave an individual (and their loved ones) with complete hopelessness. If you have been seriously injured due to another's actions, ensure you get the strongest, kindest, most skilled, and advantageous legal representation there is- call Mr. Alan Wagner…it would be impossible to find a finer attorney (or person) anywhere.

Personal injury

I was struck by a car while crossing the street. I wanted to settle the case out of court and went to a lawyer in my hometown in IN who referred me to another lawyer in Indianapolis. He, in turn, referred me to Mr. Alan Wagner in FL because of the different auto insurance laws in FL as opposed to I...ndiana. My husband and I met Mr. Wagner while vacationing in FL in February of 2015, a year after my accident. I didn't want to sue and explained that to Mr. Wagner and he was so easy to talk to and began the process as soon as I left his office! I also had many contacts via e-mail with him throughout the past year and he answered my every question promptly. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed an excellent lawyer. He has a wonderful, professional work ethic and a great sense of humor. I am very honored to have had to opportunity to have him as my lawyer. Exceptional in every way

After being badly injured in an auto collision in Tampa a few years ago I retained a law firm and later found its attorneys lacked the skills to optimally handle my losses. In my dissatisfaction, I researched other law firms and came across Mr. Wagner’s website. I noted his experience and advanced cr...edentials so contacted him, in so doing I found his experience and credentials to be only a small part of his extraordinary professionalism and compassion. Mr. Wagner is a solid advocate of honest, hardworking individuals injured by others’ negligence, then further victimized by the unscrupulous tactics of powerful insurance corporations looking to absolve those at- fault of accountability. He also advocates for individuals dissatisfied with sloppy (plaintiff) attorneys they naively retained to represent them after being injured and unable to understand their true losses. Under my circumstances, I was not in a position to formally retain Mr. Wagner but for months he was extremely detailed, knowledgeable, and kind in listening to my legal challenges regardless. In so doing, he steadfastly reassured me on tricky legal issues ambiguously explained by my retained attorneys as well as on understanding civil processes in general, and he never asked for anything in return. He was so clear in his communication and sincerity that I forgot I was talking with an expert of his caliber. From my unfortunate experience, I can attest that being seriously and unexpectedly harmed by another’s actions renders an individual extremely vulnerable and that the predatory practices of an adversarial insurance company exploits this vulnerability to levels most people cannot comprehend. If suddenly injured by another's disregard or negligence, you need the most ethical, skilled, sympathetic, transparent, and insightful legal advocate to not only stop your losses but to also ensure you are justly compensated for them. That advocate is Mr. Alan Wagner...simply stated, he is exceptional in every way.
