When I bagan my practice 30 years ago, the industry was more concerned with the client than with analytics and numbers.  As the internet and social media increasingly pervades society, many law firms have lost personal touch with their clients and communicate electronically.  In order to deliver quality, personal representation to each of our clients, each client is provided with my personal cell phone number and invited to contact me directly, 24/7 with any concerns or issues.  When I take a client, I consider that to be a lifetime relationship.  When the case is over, I welcome calls or texts from my clients for assistance with routine, everyday issues.  Whether its buying a car, or giving general legal advice, we encourage our clients to keep in touch with us and to let us be there for them both during AND after their case concludes.
