His explanations of what the process would involve, down to the smallest detail, was matched only by his ability to rapidly divulge and relay pertinent information. He was prompt in his responses and always w...ent the extra step to make sure my family was at ease with what to expect moving forward. I was put in touch with Mr. Prince via a mutual peer in the USA Gymnastics community. My name had been put on an advertised "list" of suspended members, unjustifiably, and Russell took it upon himself to make sure that it was immediately removed. He masterfully maneuvered the slow and aloof wheels of... justice, red tape and powers-that-be, and quite rapidly, my name was removed and I was "cleared". He took time out of his personal life to have even called me on a Friday night, while he was out enjoying dinner with friends, to immediately inform me of the "good news"......so as to put my mind "at ease". Mr. Prince did an outstanding job representing one of my employees with less than 15 hours to prepare. He was thorough in researching the background and exceptionally knowledgeable about key aspects of policies that were being used to erroneously suspend the professional membership of my employee. Fu...rther, he aggressively but professionally challenged the representation of the policies governing the hearing to the panel that would determine the outcome. He was able to find documentation and provide that to the panel which exonerated my employee and successfully secured a legal funding in favor of my employee. I believe Mr. Prince to be a leading expert in the Ted Stevens Act, the American Sports Act and S. R. 534 as well as policies of the U. S. Center for SafeSport. I would heartily recommend him to anyone dealing with dealing with litigation at any level related to these types of issues. Lastly, Mr. Prince went out of his way to keep my employee and myself updated on the process leading to the hearing, the possible outcomes and the timelines for resolution. He did this in a very professional but all so personal manner that helped lesson the anxiety of working through the process

We recently received notice by USAG/SafeSport that our Team Director and Head Coach was suspended due to erroneous allegations. Over the next couple of weeks I had numerous conversations with Mr. Prince via phone conversations, email and text where I received outstanding communication and excellent a...dvice. He was there every step of the way in getting our coaches suspension lifted. As an owner of Dynamo Tulsa Gymnastics in Oklahoma, I along with all the athletes, coaches and parents in our gym can’t thank him enough for helping us through this very bad and scary situation.
