At our first meeting on a Monday, we presented Cynthia with the lead officers' name, contact number, warrant numbers (which she told us were actually CRA #s ). She told us she would file a Motion to Surrender and Motion to Set Bail the next morning. After paying the retainer fee that Monday, she t...old us on Wednesday, "There is nothing any attorney can do." This was because there was no case number and the arrest warrant had not been entered into the system which we knew & told her at our first meeting. On Friday of that same week, Cynthia told us we should find another attorney.
