Terry Jones

I had been working with a previous lawyer who told me there was no way I could win. However I knew I hadn’t done what I was accused of and I didn’t want this in my record. So literally I contacted a different attorney’s office on a Thursday (out of pure desperation), who selected Terry to help me. (...Prayers do work!) my county hearing was Tuesday the next week. You read that correctly. I fired my old lawyer and hired a new one 5 days before my court date. Terry was finishing one while he got to work on mine. I was nervous, but his experience in law enforcement and as a lawyer made all the difference. He said he knew after reading the police report l, even before I even gave him my side of events that we could win. The anxiety I had had for over a month, although not gone was cut down immensely. Guess what we did win. The Jurors were able to see the truth of the situation. I cried happy tears! If you know you are innocent you shouldn’t be badgered into taking a plea, to make your lawyers job easier. You fire that lawyer and you hire Terry! I couldn’t be more grateful for how he helped me. Now whether he likes it or not I consider him a lifesaver and a friend.

I attempted to hire Mr. Jones in regards to a drug paraphernalia case that I had going on. Unfortunately I was not in the best place financially. Despite this Mr. Jones still allowed me to consult with him, informing me of my rights and even going as far as putting me in contact with someone who coul...d better assist me. As a veteran, I was pleased to find out that not only has he defended our country in the service, but he continues defend our rights and freedoms here at home. Thank you to this gentleman for his service and for being a man of character and integrity. A true breath of fresh air in a world where I felt lawyers only cared about fame and financial gain. I would recommend this lawyer to any and everybody, as I feel he is a lawyer who empathizes and connects with the people he defends. If you see this Mr. Jones thank you for all you’ve done.
