Stanley T. Padgett

Stan Padgett graduated with honors from Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina, in May of 1982, and became a member of the Florida Bar in October of 1982. For more than 30 years, he has handled civil litigation matters on behalf of businesses and creditors in state and federal courts throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Padgett is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second, Fourth and Eleventh Circuits, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and all Florida state courts.
