Scott Kevork Tozian

I hired Mr. Tozian in November 2019 on a disciplinary matter. I told him that I wanted him to answer the complaint and act on my behalf. Other than Mr. Tozian sending a letter to the Bar informing them that he represents me, Mr. Tozaian sent no communications to the Bar. In the beginning of March 202...0, I asked Mr. Tozian to defend the complaint since it was affecting my practice and me personally. Mr.. Tozian gave me the same response "the Bar is too busy". In August, I sent Mr. Tozian and his staff an affidavit and requested that it to be sent to the Bar. Mr. Tozian never saw the letter. In December Mr. Tozian called me saying that the matter was referred to committee and that I was to appear before the Bar for a hearing. Had Mr. Tozian responded to the complaint, this would not have happened. Mr. Tozian called me yesterday asking me to take an offer from the Bar. He said if I wanted to fight it, it would cost more money. Had Mr. Tozian responded to the complaint as I requested multiple times during the year and a half, I would not be where I am today. I do not recommend his services.
