Thank you, is not enough! I hired Attorney Ron Frey for a ticket my daughter received in Florida. Coming from out of state, we didn’t know the process and needed help. When I called, Attorney Frey answered the phone right away, was very attentive and responsive. He called back when he said he would,... talked us through the process, and did what he said he would do. Ron is a careful, thorough, and highly persistent attorney. I was arrested, charged with violent offenses, and held on a $125k bond. I had never been in trouble with the law, but found myself locked up. Ron was recommended by a family member, and it was the best recommendation I've received! Sunday m...orning, bright and early, Ron was at the jail to meet with me to go over my case. He spent weeks trying to chase down all of the "evidence" the State claimed to have. Phone calls were not productive, and the prosecutor's office would not communicate via email. Ron literally had to chase down the prosecutor at their office, and in court, just to get them to review the merits of my case. The public defender failed to get my bond reduced, but Ron was able to get a second bite at the apple, and the bond was reduced to $50k. Once he had all of the "evidence", he discussed strategy with me. The ultimate decisions regarding my case were truly mine to make. We could have successfully defended the case, but Ron had another option to consider. For the second time, he took a second bite of the apple with a deferred prosecution counseling program. Although the time to apply for said option had elapsed, Ron was able to get the prosecutor's office, and the judge to consider it. I completed the counseling, and the charges were formally dismissed. Had it not been for Ron's persistence, I could have spent a lot more time in jail, and the outcome could have been markedly different. When your freedom and your future hang in the balance, there is no one I would trust more than Ron Frey!

I did not know what to look for in a defense attorney, but based on the first two meetings, Mr. Frey was honest in his communication, and very direct about the process and potential outcomes. It just felt right. Given the charges, Mr. Frey pushed as hard as possible on my behalf, meeting with the... prosecutors office and consistently pointing out my positive contributions to society. He was able to get many of the charges reduced or dropped, which was significant when the sentencing phase began. As a first time offender in uncharted territory, I count my blessing that I only spent a total of 43 days in prison. That was most certainly due to the efforts of Mr. Frey and his firm. When you are going through a process like this, one of the most significant aspects for me was communication. Mr. Frey never cancelled important meetings, or court dates, and always responded to my calls or emails. Documentation was always filed on-time and the secretaries at his firm confirmed every scheduled meeting and court date with a phone call. I would highly recommend his service.
