Paul L. Fischel, Esq. has more than twenty years of management and counsel experience primarily in construction, and real estate development.

Mr. Fischel is building a clientele of small to medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs to whom he will provide general counsel services. Partnering with these clients, Paul makes it possible for businesses to have its own general counsel to meet its unique needs and budget. When ongoing litigation is unavoidable, however, Mr. Fischel can reduce your overall litigation costs by performing legal services efficiently, maintain focus on seeking resolution, and if additional trial counsel is added, counsel you throughout the process and manage trial counsel to avoid unnecessary legal fees.

Paul has reviewed and negotiated many construction industry contracts including design-build agreements, general contractor agreements, subcontracts, supply and sourcing agreements, professional services agreements with engineers and architects, and related indemnification and settlement agreements.

Early in his career he handled numerous litigation matters involving construction, commercial law, and aviation/product liability. Mr. Fischel has litigated against and negotiated with some of the world's largest companies and represented businesses in administrative matters involving the US Department of Agriculture / Food Safety Inspection Services, OSHA, LEED compliance, and development and zoning matters. Mr. Fischel has represented companies in a wide range of other legal matters including construction contracts and litigation, commercial contracts, non-compete and nondisclosure agreements, employment matters, corporate compliance, licensing, commercial leases.

He is a detailed and highly effective attorney zealously representing businesses and individuals, counselling and successfully defending and pursuing legal claims. He is known for his detailed and thorough work, but also for having a pragmatic approach focused on client needs, with a direct and sensible approach towards seeking resolution.
