With over ten years of experience as a prosecutor in Tampa’s Office of the State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit, Nick Brady is a skilled trial attorney now representing clients at The Florida Law Group. During his tenure as Deputy Chief in a felony division, Nick tried more than 70 jury trials and handled hundreds of hearings and depositions on cases ranging from misdemeanors to capital offenses. He developed particular ingenuity in specialty divisions, including arson and crimes involving domestic violence and gun violence. Originally from New Jersey, Nick graduated from Rutgers University before relocating to Florida, where he earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law.
