Michelle Reiss Drab

Michelle Drab specializes in providing a broad array of legal services to community groups including condominium associations, homeowners associations, community development districts, and special taxing districts.  Ms. Drab advises these clients and their property managers in interpreting and enforcing governing documents and statutes and represents them in litigation and alternative dispute resolution in real estate disputes, landlord/tenant matters, covenant and deed restriction enforcement, contract disputes, collection matters, and foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings.  Ms. Drab is a member of the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.  In addition, Ms. Drab serves the community as a director for the Children’s Home Society of Florida’s Gulf Coast Division Board of Directors and a pro-bono attorney for Crossroads for Florida Kids.
