You must marry the petitioner within 90 days of arrival. Another person cannot file for you if you divorce your fiancé. Good luck!

I got under removal process on ,1997 ,I crossed the border to Canada 2000 and returned on 2003 .

You may wish to file based on VAWA. Dismissing the previous matter has no bearing since USCIS will realize the need based on your new application.

On I 130 form line 14 they ask place of admission - I got mine through my parents political assylum. Dont know where they got it
