Lee Gunn is the Managing Partner of Gunn Law Group, dedicated to the preservation of the rights of injured persons and insurance policyholders, involving wrongful death, serious injury, insurance coverage claims and insurance bad faith that typically involve medical malpractice, defective products, construction defects, and insurance coverage denials and delays in payment.
Lee focuses his practice of law upon the prosecution of cases involving substantial losses. These cases frequently involve death and serious injuries to patients victimized by malpractice, defective products, and construction accidents. He also prosecutes direct and bad faith actions against insurance companies that refuse to pay fully, fairly and promptly.
Before representing plaintiffs, Lee defended insurance companies, hospitals, product manufacturers and other large corporations from 1983 until 2000. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocates, AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named among Leading American Attorneys by his peers.
