Biography
I have practiced law since 1985. My law practice is focused on assisting lawyers and other professionals in defending their reputations and licenses and helping them run their practices. I also work with lawyers and other professionals on risk and practice management isues. I help professionals set up firms and take firms apart and I help professionals resolve disputes over fees, compensation and future growth and/or contraction.
Much of my practice is focused on litigation of professional liability cases and I also represent clients before The Florida Bar, The Florida Division Of Business and Professional Regulation and The Florida Board of Bar Examiners. I also enjoy handling cases that involve complex commercial litigation issues.
I believee that service to the Bar and to the Community is important.
