Jean-Luc Adrien

Jean-Luc Adrien, Esq. is a Tampa criminal trial attorney at The Brancato Law Firm, P.A., a Tampa-based practice serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties. He represents clients facing criminal charges at every level — from DUI and drug cases to domestic violence, sex offenses, and homicide. He previously served as Division Chief at the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office, where he led a team of over 20 trial attorneys across seven criminal divisions.

A graduate of New York University School of Law as a Root-Tilden-Kern Scholar — NYU’s full-tuition scholarship awarded for demonstrated commitment to public service — Jean-Luc is admitted to practice in Florida and New York and has spent his entire legal career on the defense side. He represents clients in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French, a combination unmatched at almost any other criminal defense firm in Tampa Bay.

Board Development Co-Chair, PACE Center for Girls (2022-2026). Served as board member for local organization offering services for girls who are at-risk of entering the juvenile justice system.
