Jason Paul Stearns

Jason Stearns practices in the area of complex commercial litigation. Mr. Stearns has litigated several patent, copyright, and trademark infringement claims in federal courts across the country. In addition, Mr. Stearns often represents clients in various industries with regard to contract, antitrust, fraud, trade secret, and other business disputes.

Prior to joining Phelps Dunbar, Mr. Stearns clerked for a federal judge and practiced commercial and intellectual property litigation at a national law firm. Mr. Stearns also served in the U.S. Navy for seven years; operating the engineroom of a nuclear powered submarine.
