Biography
David was raised in Granville, Ohio, where he attended school and excelled in athletics. He was a First Team All-Ohio quarterback for the Granville Blue Aces and also distinguished himself as a standout basketball player.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Legal Studies, from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, in 2017. During his time at BW, David was a dual-sport athlete, competing in both football and basketball.
In the spring of 2020, David received his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, following in the footsteps of his father, Joe Fraley, and cousin, Josh Fraley. While in law school, he completed an externship with the Honorable Chief Judge Edmund Sargus Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
