I will leverage my extensive experience and creativity to formulate one or more options to pursue your goals. Although there are never any guarantees, and I never offer odds or predictions as to potential outcomes, you have my promise that I will never lead you down the proverbial rabbit hole in pursuit of a goal that does not make sense for you under a rational cost-benefit analysis. My rates are reasonable, and I try to offer flat fees whenever possible to give my clients the greatest degree of certainty.

Why do I operate this way? Because I am guided by a business background and a moral compass that dictates everyone should be entitled to quality, fair and honest legal representation. There are countless attorneys and firms out there who make their fortune by picking at scabs and fanning the flames of conflict, drama and negativity, while piling up the hourly billing for which the client will ultimately be responsible. You see their faces on billboards all around town, and you hear their tired pitch on TV and radio daily. I spent many years of my career working for such attorneys and firms, and although I consistently satisfied my clients legal needs, I knew there had to be a better way to deliver my services. So I started CGS LAW, with the mandate that we will exist only to serve reasonable people, with legitimate claims, who seek nothing more than justice. I look forward to personally speaking with you.
