Biography
Brian A. Hohman is a Senior Associate at Butler Pappas. Brian, is active in the field of insurance coverage and extra-contractual matters. Brian received his Bachelor of Science, with honors, from Florida State University in 1999 and his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 2004.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian served the citizens of this State as an Assistant State Attorney for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit for over three years. Brian rose to the level of Felony Assistant State Attorney. During that time period, he tried over 30 jury trials, successfully handled a multitude of cases and was a five time recipient of the Misdemeanor Attorney of the Month award.
After working at the State Attorney's office, Brian practiced in the areas of insurance defense, automobile liability, construction, civil rights and criminal defense.
Brian is a member of The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. He has also been admitted in all of the United States District Court's of Florida.
