Inexperienced and difficult to work with

I hired Brandon to represent me in an employment related matter. He was difficult to work with as my counsel. He acted ethically unsound as well. He failed to initate communications and promptly return calls. Before taking my case he made it clear that he would be telling me when to settle- a breach ...of ethics. The more experienced senior partners at this firm do not closely superviser his work product at all. They were totally unaware of the many ethical issues that I brought to their attention. In contrast to the partners at the firm, Brandon is relatively new to employment law. He did not understand the facts or the law surrounding my case- nor did he make an effort to ever do so. It became clear to me very quickly that Brandon wanted to settle my case for the least amount of work with most payout for him. I regret hiring him and letting a relatively new inexperienced attorney handle my case. Eventually, I terminated Brandon as my counsel. I have had to hire new counsel and start fresh at considerable personal costs.

I wish I could help every one, and always recover the maximum amount for all clients be it through a settlement, or trial. I don't know this person, have not been fired by a client that I can ever recall while I've worked as a plaintiff's lawyer, and take issue with the entire review. It is inaccurate and wrong. I endeavor to return every call within 24 hours, and have 10 years experience with over 400 federal employment cases filed. I am both ethical, and care about everyone of my clients. The other 27 reviews will confirm everything I've said and speak for themselves. Whoever this person is, please contact me directly so we can at least discuss what issues you claim to have had with me. There's a good chance this is actually from a Defendant who is upset with having to pay my clients money because of some illegal act they committed in the workplace.
