Anthony James Livingston

Anthony J. Livingston is an Associate at Butler Pappas. He has resided in the Tampa Bay Area since relocating from Indianapolis, Indiana in 1989. Prior to and while he attended law school, Anthony worked in a supervisory role for a large, national title insurance company. In 2003, he received his Baccalaureate degree in Political Science from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Anthony received his Doctor of Jurisprudence with honors from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida.  While at Stetson Law, he earned the highest grade in many of his classes, was invited to join the Honor's Colloquium, was on the Stetson Law Review, and graduated in the top 7 percent of his graduating class of over 250 classmates.

Anthony is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Florida, and in the Federal Courts of the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He has handled cases throughout the Eastern United States, including Alabama, Florida Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas.  Anthony practices almost exclusively in Property Subrogation and Recovery, including all forms of contribution and indemnity claims, in addition to standard Subrogation claims. These claims range from smaller homeowner losses to large scale industrial events.
