He received his B.A. from the University of South Florida, M.B.A. from the University of Tampa and his law degree from the South Texas College of Law. Unprepared, sloppy, and wasteful.
Mr. Castro represented me during my divorce. Because of his sloppiness and unpreparedness, my divorce which was NOT contested still cost me upwards of of $35K.
