Robert Marshall Rainey

I have been a resident of the Tampa Bay Area for over 40 years, Having graduated from Brandon H.S. in 1982, I attended the University of Florida where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business (Economics) 1985, and my Juris Doctorate 1988. I then joined the Tampa firm of Taub & Williams in 1989, where I practiced in the area of commercial litigation for three years. In 1991 I joined several colleagues in the formation of the law firm that would eventually become known as Williams Schifino Mangione & Steady, P.A. In 1994 I became a partner in that firm, and that experience in commercial litigation and real estate law lasted for 21 years until we combined with Burr & Forman LLP in 2012. I continue to practice in the areas of real estate  litigation, finanacing and transactions as a partner at Burr & Forman, representing lenders, developers and other assorted business clients in the areas of real estate acquisition, finance and litigation. I also practice in the areas of eminent domain law, general commercial litigation, and miscellaneous business trannsactional matters.
