I hired Mr. Hayne's to negotiate with my insurance company regarding a subsidence issue I was having at my residence. He fully explained the process, the obstacles before me and how we can approach the insurance company to obtain a satisfactory resolution. Time and money was a major concern for me du...e to default status of my mortgage. The mortgage company was not willing to offer leinency or respite on past due mortgage payments. Mr. Hayne's provided excellent advise, persuaded the insurance company we met all criteria needed to have an Engineering company perform ground penetrating radar and subsidence testing. He further speeded the process by aggressively writing letters to the insurance company demanding execution of their binding contract to satisfy my property and casualty loss. Next the insurance requested a mitigation hearing with a third party to settle out of court. We met with the mitigating attorneys and Mr. Hayne's successfully defended and we were awarded a very satisfactory settlement. We were also able to finish our claim rapidly giving us sufficient time to settle our mortgage requirements.
