Not only did Jessica Ann Bennett misrepresent me on my divorce hearing day, she completely ruined my case, causing me to hire another attorney to correct the damges she caused me. She did not answer my phone calles or responded to my voice mails, neither did she bother to reply to my emails. She s...tarted sending me emails only after I contacted the Florida Bar and asked about her. Worse of all, she withdrew the divorce case even before the Final Judgment was issued. For that reason I had to hire another lawyer to see what happened to my case and correct her ruthless action. The new lawyer told me that she wondered how Jessica could withdraw the case before the divorce process was finalized. I did not even receive half of what I was entitled to from the marital assets, including my share of the vehicles and Persian rugs my former husband and I owned while living together ( worth of over 35 grand)
