Frank Anthony Santini

Frank Santini is the founder and managing partner of Santini Personal Injury & Car Accident Law, representing injured people and families in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, including car accidents, commercial truck and tractor-trailer crashes, motorcycle accidents, bicycle and e-bike crashes, premises liability and other catastrophic injury matters.
Santini is licensed to practice law in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has recovered millions of dollars for injured clients, including more than $1 million in recoveries in each of Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Before founding his own firm, Santini spent approximately nine years at Trenam Law, where he co-chaired the firm's practice group. His practice there included representing both plaintiffs and defendants, including individuals, businesses, insurers and major corporations. That experience gave him the opportunity to evaluate serious injury cases from both sides and continues to shape how he investigates, prepares and litigates cases for injured clients today.
Santini graduated summa cum laude from Stetson University College of Law with a 4.0 GPA, finishing first in his full-time graduating class. He has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, was previously selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, and has received recognition from The National Trial Lawyers, including Top 100, Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Top 25 and Trucking Trial Lawyers Top 10.
Santini is also the founder of Santini Research, where he publishes original research and data analysis on e-bike and micromobility safety, transportation safety, trucking and related legal issues. His work includes research into bicycle and e-bike crashes, emerging transportation risks and commercial-trucking liability. He has presented his research to government and community organizations and has written and spoken on trucking, e-bike safety and other transportation issues.
His professional experience extends beyond traditional personal injury litigation. Santini has handled complex commercial disputes, appellate matters and cybersecurity and data-privacy issues. Earlier in his career, he authored legal commentary published by the Daily Business Review and spoke to professional organizations on cybersecurity and related legal issues.
Santini's background outside the courtroom is also unusual. He was a college football captain and Academic All-American offensive lineman at Muhlenberg College and later competed as a professional wrestler, becoming NWA Florida Heavyweight Champion. Today, he volunteers as a high school football coach.
Santini grew up near Phillipsburg, New Jersey, and his firm now serves injured clients in Florida as well as New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His approach emphasizes direct attorney involvement, careful investigation, serious case preparation and helping clients understand both the legal process and the practical decisions that arise after a serious injury.
