Matthew Daniel Wolf

Matthew Wolf is the founder of the Law Office of Matthew D. Wolf. Matthew received his Juris Doctor from Stetson College of Law. In addition to his Juris Doctor, Matthew received a Certificate of Concentration in Elder Law from Stetson College of Law.

Prior to law school, Matthew received his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Matthew is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida and is member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and Hillsborough County Young Lawyers Division. Matthew is also admitted to the US District Court Middle District of Florida.

Following law school, Matthew practiced in the areas of real property litigation at a large real estate firm and insurance defense at one of the largest full service law firms in the state.  Feeling unfulfilled with these positions, and with the goal of helping his community, Matthew decided to pursue his life long dream of opening his own firm, the Law Office of Matthew D. Wolf.

Matthew opened this firm with the idea of providing exceptional representation and counseling for his clients, while remaining focused on his clients’ needs and wishes. Matthew strives to offer convenient and affordable attorney services in the Tampa Bay area and beyond.

In addition to the above, while in law school, Matthew dedicated his time to Stetson’s Elder Law Society and acted as one of its executive board members. Additionally, Matthew spent time working at one of the local free legal aid offices, where he assisted low-income seniors with issues related to housing, social security and debtor’s rights. Matthew remains involved in his community by volunteering for Big Brothers, Big Sisters and dedicating his time to local charities, such as Rely for Life and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.  At the Law Office of Matthew D.
