When I first met Claudia Wheeler she came Accra’s as a strong fighter and she made me promises that the Law was on my side . I paid her starting fee if $9,000 and hits her. I was a trophy wife is what she called me and we were going to get 1/2 of everything and we’ll go all the way to court if need. ... She promised me not to worry that I’ll maintain my comfortable life style. Well let me tell you I!! I ever got support during not after the divorce to live on. She never showed up at any hearings with the judge or his lawyer. Excuses after excuses ...My ex was wealthy worked in financing so he knew to plan ahead before he filled for divorce. Such as selling a waterfront home worth $M . “Transferred all accounts around as if he was a drug dealer” from Claudia’s mouth. I got so sick and thin cuz month after month of a slap in the face with no only $400 a month got thrown out of my home with a suitcase. The day of divorce I wanted to go to court cuz she wanted me to accept $100 cash no alimony no house!! She was pushing me to settle cuz I had no money to pay her more for court. I swear she was on his side as if he paid her off. I fail apart and ended it. Shame on her. I wouldn’t take my enemy to her. Not worth the title she has. Stay Away.

Around April/May of 2016, I, Rama, needed services to file for a divorce with minor children. A consultation with Ms. Wheeler was done and she offered to accept my case as long as my case would be a non-contested divorce. Her fee for such case was $2000.00, which I retained her services that day. I w...rote a check in the amount of $2000.00 and signed a contract stating there was a $500.00 non-refundable fee if I no longer needed her services. A non-contested divorce was not agreeable between both parties. In November of 2016, I contacted the law firm stating I would not be needing their services at all. Only services I received by this Law Firm was the initial consultation and nothing more. I have made several attempts to contact this law firm via mail and phone calls with absolutely no response to resolve this issue at hand.

Claudia Wheeler is all talk no action. Unprofessional, rude and lies to your face. What she says she's going to do for you in court and what she actually does in court are two different things. She kisses up to the judge and throws the client under the bus by not asking for what we discussed in ou...r consultation. She also made decisions giving in to the other sides demands without consulting me first such as child support and visitation. She's not aggressive in court at all. As for money, she bills you $3-5K at a time and says that's all she'll need but then a week or two later she bills another $3-5K saying she needs it before any more work is done on your case so you're basically stuck and she won't take your call until bring her a check. Worse experience ever. So, you've been fore-warned, if you hire her, you'll just be asking for trouble and lose your case to boot. She really needs to hang up her license. I was better off without an attorney.

attorney Claudia Wheeler is nothing but poor persuading argument skills. Money hungry- taking her client case for granted. During consultation time she was full of aprreciation and personal adoration about me not focusing the relevant issue- it's her way of making her prospect client false believing ...that how good she is, however when I asked her specific question relevant to the case she quickly switch the the topic into a whole different personal irrelevant questions. She asked me questions then cut me off at the same time... On the court hearing date- she is late 30 minutes she appeared not rehersed nor fully focused to her case. She didn't asked me what I was trying to achieve in this case so I told her specific goals and facts and here's the evidence then supposedly it's up to her to do her persuading skills yet when in front of the judge not only she fail to mention what we're seeking for she also fail to mention or at least defend her client that it's not and.never will be safe nor acceptable to have the victim to be exposed to the predator regardless on how frequent the violent incident happened. She appeared to me that she already knew that she will be going to lose the battle since day of consultation yet she accepted the up front legal fee... In conclusion: the opponent party who is only high school graduate had a better argumentative skills as opposed to someone who has a law degree like attorney Wheeler, Claudia...FYI: stay away from lawyers who charges consultation fee and upfront total sum of legal fees- it only means they are not good nor confident in winning and defending the clients case that's why they collected the money first so no have no choice of consulting a possible brilliant lawyers but be stucked with her because a good lawyers knows that prospect clients will always comes back not because they already are tied with big bucks but rather are confident because all your concerns and legal questions were addressed on day of consultation and there some lawyers that I have encountered in the past that were honest enough to tell their prospect clients if the case is worth a lawyers representations otherwise clients would be wasting their money like this kind of lawyer that I mentioned above. I hope this review would remain as a living example and lessons to all prospect clients who are desperate to hire a lawyer in a last minute basis. Please take your time to have as many lawyers consultations as many as you can then sit down and decide.
