I have worked with Vince many times offering my expertise to his clients. Recently, I found myself needing his help as I was involved in a life altering accident. Mr. Pazienza always made me feel my questions and input were welcome regarding interactions with a disgruntled shareholder. The shareholder was also a contracted as management employee with the responsibility of outside business development. He talked big but ultimately brought little to the table,... created absolutely no value and needed to be dismissed. He always explained the pro's and cons of each potential course of action. A personal long time friend of mine on the Sheriff’s Department recommended Vincent to me in regards to a situation where my Wife and I felt that we were being taken advantage of.
