Gadiel Espinoza

My wife and I just completed a full-service estate planning project with Gadiel A. Espinoza. From the beginning to the end of this process, we were very impressed with his dedication and thoughtfulness to determine our exact requirements. Gadiel was always very patient in answering our numerous quest...ions in very simple, but, detailed terms. Subsequently Gadiel presented a detailed and customized estate planning proposal. Once again, he was very attentive and flexible to our change requests with his timely suggestions and full cooperation. Thanks to Gadiel's professionalism and expertise, my wife and I are very happy to highly recommend his services. 

I live out of state and needed an attorney for my elderly father, we agreed that i would have power of attorney. I researched many attorneys and their bios. Gadiel stood out for a few reasons. First he spoke Spanish which was key. The most impressive quality that separated him from the rest was... he also obtained an M.B.A which impressed me. He is business oriented as well as an excellent legal mind. I contacted him, we spoke for approx 50 minutes, he told me step by step what he was going to do, and the few things I would need to have. He arrived early, spoke to my father and made him comfortable, explained what was about to occur and most importantly asked my father if he understood, which he replied he did. Throughout the process, Gadiel examined everything to us (documents and their purpose) as well as to the two witnesses that were present. On a side note, his prices are excellent. He also suggested that I get a health aid and a nurse to visit on a weekly basis. I assumed he was not eligible for that type of care. Gadiel researched it in advanced and made appointments for my father to meet with the organization that is currently visiting him on a weekly basis. It wouldn't have occurred to look into those types of services because I assumed he didn't qualitfy. Gadiel explained that he did qualify, he also saved me a lot of time and effort on setting up the appoibtment. We are truly grateful for his referral his referral. My father is very pleased with the home health aid, the social worker and the other aids that stop by. If it wasn't for Gadiel he would be alone with no professional visitors to monitor him.
