I had a problem with the bank closing my mother's account after she died. I spoke with Mary on the phone and she walked me through the form I needed that I could download, but then she offered to help fill it out and I took her up on the offer. She gave great personal service. I took the form to the ...courthouse and was told it would be 30-60 days for a response. Imagine my surprise when I got a call a week later stating the order was in the mail. The processor from the court said it was done so quickly because they had everything they needed. Thank you, Mary!
