Karen Howe is a sociopath. Manipulative, unintelligent, greedy.

Look up the ongoing court case in Pasco County where my ex-wife hired Karen Howe, and you can see how things are going for Karen in this case. I filed a petition for modification, because my kids are being witheld from me, then Karen filed a motion to dismiss the petition for modification (Karen's mo...tion was denied). All Karen Howe has accomplished is lining her pockets, while dragging out a court case involving minor children for over four years, and losing every step of the way. I've seen my kids twenty times in eight years, and thanks to Karen, I have lost over four of those eight years with my children who are now teenagers. We had trial in January. Now we are searching for a supervisor for temporary time sharing, while awaiting the judge to issue an order. I chose to begin representing myself against Karen because she is a money pit, and after watching her in court I realized she's not very bright. I can't completely blame Karen, because when one or both parents refuse to co-parent, and fight over custody, the potential for an attorney to make a lot of money exists. Greed is a sin, and Karen Howe committed acts of greed at the expense of my children. Scott Dugan

A+ Service....

Mrs. Howe and her team were impeccable in every move of my case. She was diligent in every manor og my case form day one. Great communications back and forth as well as with opposing council. Thanks to her expert services I now have custody of my daughter and can't say enough good things about her ...firm. Thank you again for everything you did.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
