Christopher Douglas Breton

Christopher D. Breton is an experienced and tenacious attorney who is dedicated to providing you with the best legal services available. After leaving a career in finance with New York Life, Mr. Breton graduated with honors from Stetson University College of Law in 2012. He began his legal career at the Tampa Law Source where he practiced in numerous areas including : mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, homeowners and condo association law, contract drafting and litigation, collections, and foreclosure defense. After leaving the Tampa Law Source, Mr. Breton started his own law firm with the goal of continuing to bring his clients the highest quality work with uncompromising service. Since then Mr. Breton has represented businesses and individuals in all their critical legal matters.

Before coming to the law, Mr. Breton earned a Bachelors of Science with highest honors from the Lynn University College of Business and has significant degrees, licenses, certifications or training in the areas of the law, business management, economics, advanced mathematics, securities, engineering, literature, and insurance. These experiences allow Christopher Breton to see your legal issues through a broader lens than another attorney might and apply his diverse knowledge and experience to addressing your business and legal needs.

Outside of the office, Christopher Breton is passionate about supporting numerous charitable activities throughout Tampa Bay. He helped found the T.L.C. Feeding Ministry at Holy Innocents Episcopal Church which operates a soup kitchen serving several hundred meals per week to needy families and individuals. Mr. Breton served as their head cook personally preparing more than 10,000 meals for the needy of Tampa Bay. In recognition of his efforts, Mr. Breton was named an Attorney of the Year for 2021 by Tampa Style Magazine. Mr. Breton is also a founder of the second largest local whiskey society in America, the Tampa Bay Whiskey Society, which regularly holds events to promote the small businesses of Tampa Bay and which has raised tens of thousands of dollars for charitable causes. And finally, over the last decade Mr. Breton has planned and operated numerous charitable car shows to support community development and raise money for various charitable causes.
