Pedro is the managing partner at JEDCA Law, a boutique law firm with offices in Boca Raton and Orlando, Florida, that provides legal services to investors, business owners, and corporations in the United States and Latin America. He has over 25 years of experience in various areas of business and commercial law including international arbitration, business litigation, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate compliance. Pedro is a dual-licensed attorney in Florida and Venezuela.

He has successfully represented clients in complex and high-stakes disputes in various industries, such as technology, energy, hospitality, tourism, and food and beverages before international arbitration tribunals and Federal and State Courts in Florida. He also advises clients on how to navigate the legal and regulatory challenges and opportunities in Florida.

Pedro is fluent in Spanish and English and also reads and writes in Portuguese. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Florida International University, and a Master's Degree in International Commercial Law from University of California, Davis.
