My cs order has not been reviewed since 2003 in Fl. What can I do to get this reviewed without filing for a modification?

If his child support obligation was never modified you can file an action for enforcement so that the arrears are brought to the court's attention.

You would have to get permission by the court to allow him to testify but most judges don't allow child testimony unless absolutely necessary.
