BILINGUAL INTEGRAL IMMIGRATION REPRESENTATION

In 2022, I sought advice from Dr. Carola Villavicencio about the immigration process for my relationship with a foreign national from Honduras. Based on her insightful recommendations, we pursued a 90-day fiancé visa. Despite obstacles like delays in the immigration system and the challenges of a ...long-distance relationship, Dr. Villavicencio guided us through every step. Her expertise helped us navigate the US visa requirements at the Honduran consulate, including background checks, transcripts, affidavits, and medical screenings among other necessary processes. The VISA was approved, and when my fiancée arrived in the U.S., everything went smoothly, thanks to Dr. Villavicencio's unwavering support. After our marriage, she flew in to represent us during the permanent residency interview. Now, my husband and I live happily in our home, free from fears of separation or deportation. We are grateful for Dr. Villavicencio's exceptional legal counsel, which provided us with the strength we needed throughout our immigration journey.

CEO & General Manager

Carola Villavicencio is an incredible Immigration Attorney. She was available throughout the full process and more importantly, in constant communication with us. On top of being an amazing Attorney, Carola’s accessibility made us feel in control of this stressful process. From the first day, until o...ur VISA E-2 acceptance, Carola coached us. As Entrepreneurs, we know how to promote our business but when it comes the time to the USA Immigrations, I leave that to Carola Villavicencio. Thanks to her hard work and her constant support, we got our E-2 VISA approved and this, just before the COVID 19. We are now operational in Florida! Thank you Carola. You saved our Company’s expansion in the USA! Regards Patrick.H

TRABAJO EXCELENTE

Excellent lawyer for all Immigration cases

Attorney Villavicencio, took over my case when my wife's initial I-601 was denied and additional clarifications and questions were requested. Case was approved after she gather all the requested information and submitted a strong and well prepared response.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
