Biography
In over seventeen (17) years of practice, I have handled over 5000 criminal cases and have gone to Trial on pver fifty (50) of them. Admitted in three states, Florida, New York and Connectucut (Retired).
I achieved my Law Degree from Pace University School of Law in 1982 after a successful career in commodity hedging for such Fortune 500 Companies as Nestle', Eentenmann's and United Brands (Chiquita). I have a stong sense of compassion and loyalty to my clients and represent them zealously within the bounds of the law. Some times during Trial, we got knocked down but we get up and fight again to the finish. Acquittals include DWI-Felony cases, Rape in the First Degree, DUI's as Misdemeanors, Petit Larceny and Grand Larceny.
As a true advocate, I allow my clients to be the ultimate decision maker and guide them to make informed decisions. You have to know when to hold them and when to fold them as the saying goes.
More than being a zealous advocate I have learned that juries need not only to relate you and respect you, but they must like you as well. I have learned more from my failures than my successes but have learned from them nevertheless.
