You will have to see the Association documents, but more than likely you will not be entitled to a jury trial as usually they are waived.

It means they are dismissing the case however without prejudice means they can sue again.

It depends on if they have priors, what they plea guilty to and the judge who will make the final position, there is no definite time.
I lost my job because of my drivers license has been suspended now i owe back child support payment that i cant afford to pay.

You could have had the issue cleared up with the DOR and worked something out in order to keep your license. Not paying child support is something...

Law enforcement agencies however just because the record is sealed does not mean private companies will not have the information.
