Charlene L Wilkinson

Ms. Wilkinson has 20+ years of corporate transactional experience where she has served as a trusted adviser to clients in the areas of their organization where business and legal issues intersect. She has extensive experience in counseling clients on corporate formation, management best practices, governance, compliance and transactional matters.  Ms. Wilkinson is focused on helping our clients effectively address everyday issues so that they may achieve their definition of success.  She has worked with a wide range of organizations from small private corporations to Fortune 100 companies. Her transactional experience includes a full range of negotiations including employment issues; management buyins and buyouts; mergers and acquisitions; stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions; commercial real estate; strategic alliances, joint ventures and other cutting-edge strategic transactions.

Ms. Wilkinson graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1987 and has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1990. She managed her own law practice in Delray Beach in the 1990s and went on to in-house positions with two large multi-national corporations for seventeen years.  She returned to private practice in 2012 and has acted as outside general counsel for a number of businesses.
