Juan Asconape

Juan Asconape has spent 17 years doing one thing exceptionally well: going to battle for seriously injured people and seeing their cases through from the first call to the final resolution. A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Juan later came to the United States and earned his B.A. in English from Indiana University and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia.

Juan's case history spans motor vehicle accidents, trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, wrongful death, and motorcycle accidents, among others. He has taken countless cases all the way through trial and recovered millions of dollars for the people he represents. What sets Juan apart isn't just the volume of cases he has handled — it's the depth of experience he brings to each one. A native Spanish speaker who also commands proficient Italian and French, Juan is able to connect with and advocate for clients across a broad range of backgrounds, ensuring that language is not a barrier to quality legal representation.

At home, Juan is a husband of over 21 years and a father of six. He is a fixture in his community, pouring his time outside of work into coaching youth volleyball and soccer and investing in the next generation.
