Destiny Rae Barbosa

Destiny Barbosa is a trial attorney with 9 years of experience and a courtroom record that sets a high bar. She completed her undergraduate studies at Palm Beach State College before earning her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, graduating a full year early with cum laude honors and a certificate in Civil Litigation. During law school she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, earned multiple Dean's List honors, and received book awards for top performance in Contracts II and Dependency. She went on to clerk for Judge Waddell Wallace III in Repeat Felony Offender Court and served as a Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney's Office, stepping into real courtroom experience before most of her peers had even graduated.

Destiny has secured over $11,894,799 in settlements for her clients since 2023 alone, representing people seriously hurt in motor vehicle accidents, trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, catastrophic accidents, slip and fall accidents, and wrongful death, among others. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers every year from 2023 through 2026, and received the Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff distinction from the National Trial Lawyers Association in 2020, 2021, and 2022. Beyond the courtroom, Destiny has lectured on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and the critical importance of preserving evidence in personal injury cases. She has served as a Board Member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, the Florida Justice Association's Women's Caucus, and the Palm Beach County Hispanic Bar Association, and currently sits on the Grievance Committee 15F for The Florida Bar.
