I cannot say enough about how pleased I have been with Mr. Hagans and could not disagree more with the previous review I just read and felt compelled to leave my own. I have used Mr. Hagans over 6 times and have referred him to dozens of my friend, family, and colleagues without a single complaint. ... Most importantly, the result is always what we had hoped but the level of customer service received is second to none. JT has always gone above and beyond and I feel lucky to have him in my corner.

Hired Mr. Hagans for a traffic citation for speeding in Port St. Lucie. He never has once called me to keep me updated on my case status and I hired him in December. I had to find my own case on the clerk of court website and read my own hearing results from last week because he has failed to call or... return an email. He didn't even show up to the hearing and sent a substitute attorney... things happen, but absolutely no communication with a client for 3+ months and a week after the hearing no information presented to the client either? Ultimately, my ticket was reduced and adjudication was withheld so I cannot complain about the actual "legal" aspect... however, customer service and client to attorney relationship gets zero stars for me.
